Terms, Disclosures, and Policies

Effective Date: 5/26/2026

Welcome to Brainstorm Board Prep (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using this website, course content, mentorship services, educational materials, or related resources (collectively, the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms, Disclosures, and Policies.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Program.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Brainstorm Board Prep provides educational content intended solely for board preparation and professional educational support related to neurodiagnostic testing, intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), electroencephalography (EEG), long-term monitoring (LTM), and preparation for certification examinations including, but not limited to, CNIM, R. EEG T., and CLTM examinations.

The Program:

  • is educational in nature,

  • does not constitute medical advice,

  • does not provide clinical supervision,

  • does not replace employer-based clinical training,

  • and does not authorize independent clinical practice.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee:

  • examination success,

  • certification,

  • employment,

  • job placement,

  • competency validation,

  • or professional advancement.

Users remain solely responsible for their own clinical judgment, patient care responsibilities, workplace obligations, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, employer requirements, and certification standards.

2. No Affiliation With ABRET

Brainstorm Board Prep is an independent educational program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with ABRET or any other certifying organization.

All trademarks, examination names, and organizational references remain the property of their respective owners.

3. AI Transparency Disclosure

All educational content, lesson materials, and quiz concepts within the Program are independently researched, created, and curated by Brainstorm Board Prep using the references and source materials cited throughout each lesson.

Artificial intelligence is used solely as a formatting and script-editing tool to assist in converting author-created quiz content into structured presentation formats and organizational materials.

AI is not used to generate the underlying educational subject matter, instructional content, academic analysis, or referenced source material.

AI-assisted note-taking tools may also be utilized during mentorship sessions for organizational and educational support purposes.

4. Course Access & Account Responsibility

Access to the Program is granted following successful payment through the website platform.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials,

  • all activity occurring under their account,

  • and ensuring their access information is not shared with others.

Course access is intended solely for the enrolled individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or distributed.

Brainstorm Board Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

  • account sharing,

  • unauthorized distribution,

  • piracy,

  • chargebacks,

  • harassment,

  • misuse of mentorship services,

  • violation of these Terms,

  • or any conduct deemed harmful to the Program or its participants.

5. Access Duration

Program access is intended to remain available until the participant successfully passes the CNIM examination, subject to continued compliance with these Terms.

Because examination status may not always be automatically verifiable, continued access operates partially on an honor-system basis. Brainstorm Board Prep reserves the right to verify examination status through publicly available certification information and may discontinue access following confirmed successful certification.

Brainstorm Board Prep reserves the right to modify, discontinue, update, or restructure course materials, mentorship offerings, or platform access at any time.

6. Mentorship Policy

The Program includes educational mentorship support subject to scheduling availability.

Brainstorm Board Prep intends to provide mentorship access without a fixed numerical session limit; however, session scheduling, timing, frequency, duration, and availability remain subject to reasonable scheduling limitations and instructor discretion.

Mentorship sessions:

  • are educational in nature only,

  • do not constitute clinical supervision,

  • do not establish a supervisory or employer relationship,

  • and are not a substitute for workplace-based clinical instruction or patient-care guidance.

Users arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late to a scheduled mentorship session may forfeit that session and be required to reschedule.

Mentorship sessions are not formally recorded. However, AI-assisted note-taking tools may be used for organizational and educational purposes. Notes may be shared with the participant upon request.

Users must not disclose:

  • protected health information (PHI),

  • patient-identifying information,

  • confidential employer information,

  • or any information protected by HIPAA or other privacy laws during mentorship interactions.

Brainstorm Board Prep reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

  • suspected misuse,

  • unauthorized distribution,

  • content piracy,

  • abusive conduct,

  • excessive use inconsistent with ordinary educational participation,

  • or violation of these Terms.

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution through Brainstorm Board Prep may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
